Depression can affect all of us at different times in our lives. Most of us will have suffered from depression and it can be difficult to know.

 

Individuals may be reluctant to seek help, feeling that it is a sign of weakness or that others won’t understand them and will ridicule them.

 

Those that live with depression can also find life difficult as they feel unable to help and uncomfortable to tackle if we won’t speak about it ourselves.
